They carry Maine-made foods. Good selection of cheeses. They widened the aisles which is a great thing. Their freezers are lit by body heat. Two things I must live with. First, they provide plastic bags. Second, the automated cashiers that replace people.

One of the biggest in Maine. They have a great liquor/wine/beer department...like a separate store. This place is huge. It does get busy. This area is pretty wealthy so it carries maybe somethings that you would not see in a hannafords in the sticks. I go in my hunting clothes just to piss peeps off...ha...just kidding.

Yarmouth Hannaford is very excellent, cashier and manager were exceptional. A lot better than the Forest Ave Hannaford. Friendly and helpful people all the way to the meat department. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were carts down back by the meat department. Not something that I would have expected.

I felt compelled to leave a review after reading some of the negative, entitled ones. This store is understaffed. Everyone in yarmouth shops at the same time (avoid on sundays). In spite of being understaffed, I have always received helpful, patient service both in store and when I do pick up (my favorite). A big thank you to the employees who show up and deal with demanding customers who don't understand that everyone is understaffed right now.

I ordered sandwiches and wraps to be catered for a birthday party and I was very happy with them. It was easy to order online and they were prepared when I arrived. Thank you!

I just moved back to Maine after 23 years in Oregon so I need all the help I can get. This Hannaford's has the nicest bunch of people working at their store. I believe it was Rene who billed me out and said she would wait while I went over to get my recycling bags. i started out by going to the wroing Kiosk and the Dawn came over to help me. She was absolutely LOVELY! She typed up all my indormation and got my account set up. Then I was on my way. Thank you for being such a wonderful Hannafords!! It is employees and poeple like you all that make the world a better place! Thnak you!!!

Came to say the SnowFox sushi vendor at this Yarmouth, ME Hannaford is vegan friendly and * really good*!!! They have a vegan roll and also vegan roll made with brown rice instead of white. It is so good! Always super fresh! The wasabi and pickled ginger are legit, not dyed. I can only vouch for the vegan rolls, but everything looks super fresh and well prepared. There are people there preparing the rolls whenever I have been there. As for the rest of this store, its really clean and well stocked. They carry a variety of vegan fake meats/ fake cheeze/ tofurkey/ violife etc. They have Zina's sesame noodles which are vegan. Putting this out here for anyone like me on the go go go who may be looking to stop and grab something really good and uncomplicated to eat!
